Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is a native of Minsk Belarus, which is the capital. Belarus. She was the daughter of Sergey (d. 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born on May 5th, 1998, from Minsk Belarus. She has 12 WTA titles in her career. This includes her Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. As a doubles player, she's also an outstanding player. She has won two Majors in the past with Elise Mertens. They won the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. The year she was born, she won both her first WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian Partner, who completed what is known as the Sunshine Double. Four couples only managed to accomplish this feat on women's doubles. On the 23rd August of 2021, she was ranked second in the world singles ranking her highest ranking was again reached in the month of January in 2023. As a doubles player, she was able to propel her way to the top in February of the same year after the victory in Melbourne becoming thus the second tennis player from Belarus to achieve success in this specialty. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis player, was her coach her throughout through the season of 2018 until end and part of her 2020 campaign. The pair also briefly worked with Dieter Kindlmann between August and September 2020. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach since the year 2020. Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova were her heroes.
